R. Rebecca Donatelli is the Chairman of Campaign Solutions, Donatelli Avella and a partner in Connell Donatelli, Inc.
Mark SooHoo serves as Senior Vice President of Campaign Solutions, a leading Republican online consulting firm. He is currently Deputy eCampaign Director for John McCain 2008 and recently managed the online campaigns for several statewide candidates during the 2006 election cycle, including the winner of the 2007 Golden Dot Award for Best Website (Federal Candidate). SooHoo served as co-director of the award-winning 2004 Republican National Convention website, and has worked on websites winning the American Association of Political Consultants top award for Best Overall Website in both 2002 and 2004 as well as awards for Best Statewide Website, Best Senate Campaign Website and Best Gubernatorial Website. He was named as one of the "Rising Stars in Politics" for 2005 by Campaigns and Elections magazine. SooHoo earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University in Political Communication, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He was also awarded Special Honors from the Political Communication Department for his study of 2001 campaigns online entitled "Campaigns in Cyberspace." Carter Kidd originally joined Campaign Solutions in 1999 as an intern, focusing on the online fundraising for the McCain for President campaign. She returned to the company after working in the marketing department for ThinkFun Incorporated, a specialty manufacturer of plastic puzzles and games. She now focuses on web development and online fundraising for Campaign Solutions.
Kidd graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech. She currently resides in Alexandria.
Justin joins Campaign Solutions after serving as the videographer and editor for the Bush-Cheney eCampaign. His work served as a nexus between digital documentary and political message that showcased the President on the campaign trail. That work resulted in over twenty videos seen by more than a million people on the Bush-Cheney '04 website. The New York Times took note of Germany's editing and shooting style describing a movie he filmed and edited for the President's rallies as, "the video stands out...edgy, unpresidential style, with grainy pictures, speeded-up-action and off kilter camera angles shouting out "You got a problem with this?" to anyone under 25." Footage he shot was also used for TV ads and convention videos, additionally he won two Pollie awards for videos he shot and edited for the campaign. Germany graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communication from Louisiana State University in 2002 and a Masters of Arts in Political Management from the George Washington University in 2003. See examples of Justin's work by clicking here... Jen joined Campaign Solutions in the fall of 2005 and focuses on online fundraising. She comes to Campaign Solutions from the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Educational Technology where she served as an appointed Special Assistant. While there, she worked on the development and implementation of the Department's educational technology policies, national studies relating to technology and eCommuncations. During the 2004 campaign cycle, Jen worked in the Republican National Committee's Political Department and went on to work for the 55th Presidential Inaugural Committee. Jen is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Political Management from The George Washington University. She received her B.A. in Political Science from The University of California, Davis in 2003. In her spare time, she volunteers as an advisor to her sorority's Johns Hopkins and George Washington University chapters. A native of Stockton, California, Jen currently lives on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. Timothy Nurnberger joined Campaign Solutions in the spring of 2006 after serving as Director of Government Affairs at The Seniors Coalition, the nation's fastest growing senior organization. While at TSC, Timothy helped to develop the Coalition's legislative policies and agenda and led TSC's advocacy team in communicating those policies to Members of Congress and other government officials and their staff. Timothy also oversaw the development of multiple projects critical to the future success of The Seniors Coalition, including the design, development, and implementation of the new TSC website. Before working in the public policy sector, Timothy worked for Potbelly Sandwich Works in a variety of departments, including Human Resources and Store Operations.
A 2003 graduate of The George Washington University with degrees in Political Science and Journalism, Timothy now resides in Arlington, Virginia.
